Fitness Classes– Whether employees want to burn calories, tighten and tone, or relax and stretch I can teach a class for you!
Stretch Breaks– Employees get a little stretch and exercise break during their work day. These can be done while employees are at their desks and handouts will be provided
Lunch and Learns– These informational sessions take place during lunchtime while employees collaborate and learn. Pertinent topics include stress reduction, building resilience, mindfulness, eating and nutrition, sleep or improving energy. Presentations are typically 30 minutes with time for questions afterwards and can be in person on by video.
Health Coaching– Health coaching is a partnership between a coach and client which guides the client towards achieving their wellness goals. Coaches utilize evidence-based skills such as motivational interviewing and reflective listening to assist the client in understanding more about themselves and their values, barriers to change, and reasons to change. The coach will provide the client with the support, accountability and resources they need to be successful. Sessions are weekly or bi-weekly and typically last 3-6 months. A vast range of health concerns may be addressed in coaching- diet, exercise, mental health, smoking cessation, and addiction. These sessions are conducted in person or by Zoom and may be 25-50 minutes.
Wellness Programs– Programs can be designed to improve the health and wellness of employees. Examples include Bootcamps to improve physical fitness and assist in weight loss, or a behavior change program like Beat the METS program which provides lectures on healthy lifestyle choices combined with individual or group health coaching.
